You are a part of change parade?



Everyone in management says that they support change. They say that they want to see others change - but wen it comes to themselves changing, they are reluctant to moving past their previous experiences that have proven them successful. 



We all like to think of ourselves as change masters, but, in truth, are we really change bigots? (a person who is intolerant towards those holding different opinions)

If an organization is going to change, top management must be the first to do so. In today’s worldwide marketplace, customers don’t have to settle for being second best. Overnight mail brings the best to everyone’s doorstep. The Internet allows people to shop internationally, making it easy for them to get the best quality, reliability, and price the world can offer. Customers are concerned about the procurement cycle, but they are equally or more concerned about finding organizations that care, are quick to respond, and will listen and react to their unique needs. 



No organization can survive if the changing demands & expectations of customer are not met. 



This means that to succeed in the twenty-first century, organizations must excel in all parts of their business. This means that every part of the organization is now faced with the challenge of making some extreme changes in the way they operate and what it will take to win over today’s savvy customers. There are a few stubborn people who honestly believe that the way they were doing something last year is still the best way to do it today. 



These individuals usually are people who work for mediocre companies who follow the industry trends, rather than leading the trends. 



The world is full of challenges and opportunities. It allows us to make vast sums of money and to meet new and interesting people. Its always a nice & comfortable feeling about doing something that you know you can do, but there is a huge amount of excitement, fun, and adventure in challenging the unknown and trying something different or recognizing a need and fulfilling it. You may not become a multimillionaire or you may go bankrupt if the adventure you undertake does not pan out.


If you don’t try to change and go out of your way to change, you will be left with just memories of what you should have and could have done.

or the effort and risk. Remember - Things change with time.
